Other factors

With respect to this particular position and individual, we have examined whether we have any other employees in the specific employment in question with similar experience and qualifications. We examined not just the job title, but all jobs at Klingspor Abrasives, Inc.'s location which might have substantially the same duties and responsibilities. We then examined the experience and qualifications of these employees as compared to the experience and qualifications of the individual who is the subject of this application. The actual wage is the amount to be paid to the beneficiary. The salary range for an individual in the job, with a comparable level and content of education and experience, is based on the company's established compensation levels for this job. The specific determination of an individual's salary is generally based on the factors listed above.

Karina Panjawi will be paid $59,225.14 per year for her services in the position of Health & Benefits Analyst. The prevailing wage for the position is $58,157 per year based on the OFLC Online Data Center.

Pay adjustments are reviewed by the relevant manager as part of an annual performance review, generally during the fourth quarter (Q4) or first quarter (Q1).
